I’ve always been a huge fan of the flying drone from Terminator 2: 3D, so it was only logical that the Aerostat from Terminator Salvation had to become part of my collection as well.
The 3D files were created by Marcus Heinemann, and I printed the model on my Bambu X1C using PLA — fingers crossed!
After printing, the model was carefully sanded, painted, and weathered, and I added some electronics to bring it to life.
Now all that’s missing is the perfect spot to hang it.
