T2- icons Endoskeleton

After almost two decades, I decided to give my Icons Endo the finally a proper overhaul and a fitting base.

I disassembled the whole thing and replaced some piston extensions and screws and added new hydraulic cables.

I also gave it a nice polish and weathered the crevices with black for the more realistic battlefield look.

David Klakus molded my T2-3D Endo Battle Rifle and cast it hollow.

I mounted it on the right arm but I did not want to point it straight up since that would take a lot of room and I did not like the look on the sideshow version.

The upper body of the Endo is almost completely poseable, every joint has a working function.

However I did not like how the chest cavity looked, there was only a metal pole and the cables were crammed into it.

So I 3D printed a spine and fitted it in. I then chrome painted it and made covers for the half spheres where cables and pistons ended.

I also modified and printed two fuel cells, added some electronics and also chrome painted and weathered them.

Finally I cut the base, fitted it with wheels and used paper maché and castings of the Icons Battlefield Skull together with some metal pieces and casings of various calibers to make it look interesting.

I am pretty happy with the result.
